I want all of my customers to be 100% satisfied with Shelly's Nourish. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me and I will do what I can to make it right. Because of the personal nature of the product, Shelly's Nourish does not accept returns and all sales are final. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email me within five (5) days from the date that you receive your order.
Please double check your shipping information before placing your order. If your package is returned to me as undeliverable due to an incorrect or insufficient address, I will be happy to reship the package once you have paid the postage.
